What is your return policy? What about exchanges?
Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
The merchandise is all print on demand, so we can’t exactly ask our vendor to un-print it. We hope you understand.
If you have a sincere issue, please contact us and we will try to work something out. Unlike the Orange Menace, we want you to be happy.
Can you tell me about shipping costs, taxes, etc.?
ALL SHIPPING IS FREE. You will not be charged for shipping. You will be charged for taxes, where applicable. The products might seem a little pricey, but we’d rather it be easy and clear for you up front. We’ll worry about the shipping on our end.
When can I expect my awesome stuff? These guys aren’t going to protest themselves. I need to get out there!
We’re working on getting sharper at predicting this, but we are new to it. Currently, it’s about 2 weeks from order to arrival. You should get an email notification when your product ships and a tracking number. But if you don’t, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate it personally. In the future, we hope to hone this experience, so please be patient with us.
